  • Summit utilizes a heavily modified FreeBSD OS, to provide accurate time keeping and event triggering. We have taken extreme measures to reduce clock skew by using GPS clocks for Stratum 0 timekeeping. This translates into extreme performance and accurate server registration. Overall, game servers benefit from a well disciplined wall clock.
